First-time homebuyers often rely heavily on agents expertise, and many feel overwhelmed, intimidated, and fearful of the prospect of buying a home. This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3.75 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education Credits Per the DOC Minnesota Statute 45.30, Subd. 4: Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be present by the start time of class and may not leave before the course has concluded. No exceptions.
