In this course you will learn how to effectively search the MLS system utilizing the different options that the system provides. You will also learn how to use functions of the toolbar: Signatures, Headers/Footers, OneHome, Financials, Rosters, Stats, Add/Edit Tools, Customizing your market watch and dashboard. Attendees will also explore various ways to search properties using maps, criteria searches, adding unique field searches, and customizing their search results and views. It does not matter if you are new to the industry or have been working with Matrix for years, there is something for everyone in this class. Do not let the course name fool you. Customizations in the system can set you apart and save you a tremendous amount of time. *Registration closes 24 hours prior to the start of class.
