The class also highlights useful MLS features for listing presentations and buyer consultations, while helping REALTORS® avoid common mistakes that can lead to wasted time or compliance issues. Objectives: 1. Navigate FlexMLS efficiently and customize their workspace. 2. Perform accurate property searches using essential filters. 3. Create, save, and manage searches for clients. 4. Understand client portals, notifications, and collaboration tools. 5. Use built-in tools to support listing presentations and buyer consultations. 6. Avoid common MLS mistakes that can cost time or compliance issues. This course has been approved for 1.0 Hours of Real Estate CE from Minnesota Department of Commerce.
