This course provides a practical overview of how to use FlexMLS efficiently to support your real estate business. Participants will learn how to navigate the system, perform accurate property searches, create and manage saved searches for clients, and utilize client portals and collaboration tools. The class also highlights useful MLS features for listing presentations and buyer consultations, while helping REALTORS® avoid common mistakes that can lead to wasted time or compliance issues.
 
Objectives:
1. Navigate FlexMLS efficiently and customize their workspace.
2. Perform accurate property searches using essential filters.
3. Create, save, and manage searches for clients.
4. Understand client portals, notifications, and collaboration tools.
5. Use built-in tools to support listing presentations and buyer consultations.
6. Avoid common MLS mistakes that can cost time or compliance issues. 
 
This course has been approved for 1.0 Hours of Real Estate CE from Minnesota Department of Commerce.

Per the DOC Minnesota Statute 45.30, Subd. 4: Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be there by the start time of class and cannot leave before the course has concluded. No exceptions.
