This course is designed to equip attendees with essential knowledge of Crow Wing County's Land Services, tax programs, and public access tools. Attendees will gain insights into county-wide projects, including consolidations, updates on parks, timber, and land management. This course will also cover key aspects of property assessment, est. market values, GIS mapping and vital records for agents and property owners. By the end of this course, participants will be able to understand: 1.) Navigating County Services (role of CWCLS & how it impact real estate transactions.) 2.) Identify Key Projects 3.) Knowledge of tax programs, parcel splits, and public access tools. 4.) Learn about market value assessments & process. 5.) Explore GIS system and records. 6.) Enhance client support through knowledge of CWC services.
