TOP 10: Disclosure concerns

In this 3.75- hour class (MN), agents will be exposed to case study examples of how to handle disclosure concerns. Sellers of property are required to complete a disclosure to identify how they intend to disclose material facts of property. Certain statutorily required items must be disclosed such as wells, septic and more. By attending this course, agents will be presented examples of buyer and seller concerns and by group discussion and instructor led education, agents will be given information how to best handle buyer and seller concerns with disclosure.

Learning objectives:
* · Learn what is important about handling seller disclosures
* · What to do if there is a post-closing issue.
* · How to deal with an uncooperative party.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education. Prepare to be on time as the DOC rules require that you cannot miss ANY class instruction or CE credits will not be given.

**Please note: This class will be offered via live Online/Webinar. Camera is NOT required.
Materials and class attendance requirements will be sent to you at the beginning of class. Video attendance is required 100% of the time. Attendees are responsible for their own technology (Zoom access & speakers.)
