DescriptionLocationCancellation Policy This course will review the history of the Code of Ethics as it relates to its origins, its influence on state licensing laws and its establishment of arbitration as the monetary dispute resolution process between REALTORS®. Finally, we will apply the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices. This course meets the guidelines for NAR®s quadrennial ethics requirements. The NAR® Code of Ethics renewal has moved from a 2-year to a 3-year requirement; Cycle Seven began in 2022 and will end in 2024. This course is a LIVE STREAM course being offered via Zoom. All attendees are responsible for their own technology. Camera's are required and the zoom link will come from Lancaster Institute 24 hours prior to the start of class. Course materials will also be provided in the same link. This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3.0 hours Real Estate continuing education.
