Several of those FAQ which apply to many appraisal assignments are selected for review and discussion in this class. Objectives: • Recognize FAQs as a useful section of the USPAP document • Understand the organization of the FAQs • Discuss selected FAQ for relevance in today’s residential appraisal world • Understand the practical aspects of USPAP • Realize additional questions/issues are raised based on the current residential appraisal climate. This course has been approved by the Minnesota DOC for 2.0 hours of Appraiser and Real Estate CE.
