Agency Relationships in Minnesota Real Estate

This one-hour course provides a concise overview of agency relationships in Minnesota's real estate sector.
* Overview of how agency is integrated into State Statute, Code of Ethics, MLS rules, and business practices in real estate transactions.
* Participants will learn about the different types of agency relationships, key terms, and the fiduciary duties owed to clients and customers.
* This course also covers Minnesota's specific agency disclosure requirements and offers resources for consumers regarding predatory offender information.

By the end of this one-hour course, participants will be able to:
* Identify and explain the various types of agency relationships recognized in Minnesota real estate transactions.
* Describe the fiduciary duties owed to clients and customers.
* Summarize Minnesota's agency disclosure requirements.
* Locate and utilize resources for consumers regarding predatory offender information.

REGISTRATION CLOSES 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME.

NOTE: Attendance Policy!!! Per the DOC Minnesota Statute45.30, Subd. 4: Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be present at the start time of class and may not leave until the course has concluded.
