This is a continuation from Course 101. You are NOT required to take course 101 as there will a short overview of content discussed.


This course will contain a short overview of Module 1 and then dive into more substantial discussions about:

* Safety in your office, home-office. and with clients.
* Deep dive into Internet safety and things both you and your clients should be made aware of. From the initial point of contact to the closing table - Agents need to remain diligent.
*Ā Safeguard both yours and your client's personal data, as well as practice prudent use of social media and mobile phone technology.

* Finally, attendees will explore safety practices for the home and family. Non-traditional items that every agent has access to. What are they and how can I benefit from knowing these things?

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3.0 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.
