2025 Required Module: Risk Management and Licensing Procedures

By attending this 3.75-hour course, learners will complete the only required class module from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. This Module meets the 1-Hour Broker Module Requirements, HOWEVER, it does NOT satisfy the 1-Hour Fair Housing or 1-Hour Agency Law. Please note that as you need Agency and Fair Housing every 2 years. To get credit for the general module, the student must pass an examination taken at the end of the course (as part of the approved credit hours).

Objectives: Upon completion of this course students will be able to:
• Review Risk Management
• Review Disclosure Requirements
• Review Contracts, Negotiations, Trust Accounts, and Cancellations
• Review License Application and Maintenance Procedures
• Review Requirements for a license, how to apply for a license, and How to maintain a license

This course has been approved for 3.75 hours CE by the MN Commissioner of Commerce
Per the DOC Minnesota Statute 45.30, Subd. 4:Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be there by the start of class and may not leave before the course has concluded. No exceptions. Required Module requires a written test for CE.
