Now you can do all your real estate transactions online, save them, and even allow your client to review and sign the documents. It is a great opportunity to use less paper and keep everyone who is involved in the transaction, up to date. Learning objectives: Students will demonstrate their ability to create a transaction and both print and email forms for a transaction. Students will also demonstrate how to fill out and print individual forms. Students will also gain a basic understanding of troubleshooting errors that may occur in the system. Attendees must bring their own laptop. (GLAR has several laptops available. Please call ahead to reserve one.) REGISTRATION CLOSES 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME. This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3.0 hours of Real Estate continuing education.
