DescriptionLocationCancellation Policy This hands-on class provides real estate professionals with practical training on creating and managing listings within the MLS Add/Edit system. Participants will learn how to correctly complete listing input forms, upload media and supplements, manage status changes, and set up open houses. The course covers best practices for ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency when entering property data, helping agents maintain professional standards and avoid costly listing errors. Course Objectives: By the end of this course, participants will be able to: Navigate the MLS Add/Edit dashboard and understand key features. Complete the Residential Listing Input Form accurately and efficiently. Add and organize listing photos, supplements, and virtual tours in compliance with MLS policy. Identify and apply proper listing status permissions, including TNAS and Cancel functions. Create and manage open houses across public, broker, and virtual dashboards. Recognize common input errors and apply best practices to ensure listing accuracy and compliance. *Registration closes 24 hours prior to the start of class. Attendees are encouraged to bring their laptop to class. We do have a select number of laptops available, if needed. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange the set up for you. This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 2.0 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education Per the DOC Minnesota Statute 45.30, Subd. 4: Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be there by the start time of class and cannot leave before the course has concluded. No exceptions.
