This course is designed to reinforce the fundamental skills and strategies that make real estate a positive person-to-person business. Participants will explore key aspects of working with the consumer, industry leadership, and effective client engagement. Through interactive discussions practical insights, and data driven strategies - participants will gain the tools to improve services, build relationships, and enhance their role as a trusted professional.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to 1.) Understand the people-driven nature of real estate and recognize the importance of engagement. 2.) Develop leadership skills that explore the role of the agent. 3.) Build buyer confidence by maintaining fiduciary responsibilities. 4.) Enhance Seller representation. 5.) Strengthen client retention and foster trust and transparency. 6.) Grow your sphere - community engagement.

This course is has been approved from the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3.75 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.

Attendance Policy: Per the DOC Minnesota Statute 45.30, Subd. 4: Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be there by present at the start time of class and may not leave until the course has concluded.
