Hour 1: Learn about the history of the Code of Ethics and why NAR adopted it, highlighting its role in elevating professionalism and protecting clients, customers, and the public. Hour 2: Gain insight into the ethics enforcement process, including arbitration, grievance procedures, and the ombudsman program, to better understand how disputes are handled. Hour 3: Dive into the articles of the Code with interactive class exercises designed to apply ethical principles to real-world scenarios. By the end of the course, participants will have a thorough understanding of the NAR Code of Ethics and its practical application in daily business operations. Class Objective: By the end of this course, participants will be able to: 1.
