This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.

Per the DOC Minnesota Statute 45.30, Subd. 4: Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be there by the start time of class and cannot leave before the course has concluded. No exceptions.
