Curriculum also includes the proper disclosures required by sellers, which will include explaining the choices that the sellers have for materials facts disclosure and the differences in the options. The class will cover special disclosure as well as the explanation of general material fact disclosure requirements. We will discuss selling property "as is", the liability sellers can incur for non-compliance and also what the code of ethics requires for disclosure. REGISTRATION CLOSES 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME. NOTE: Attendance Policy!!! Per the DOC Minnesota Statute45.30, Subd. 4: Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be present at the start time of class and may not leave until the course has concluded.
