DescriptionLocationCancellation Policy Electronic Signatures for Real Estate: In this digital age it is becoming more and more important to give clients options for receiving and signing documents. In this hands on class students will learn about the different types of participants that can be involved in an electronic signing trough Authentisign. In person signers, remote signers, reviewers and cc only participants. students will walk through setting up a signing for participants from a transaction. Learning the steps that participants take after they receive a signing to give them the knowledge to aid participants with a signing in the future. This is a small, in-person class, and will depend on the current conditions of MN Emergency Orders. No more than 10 participants. Per the DOC Minnesota Statute 45.30, Subd. 4: Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be there by the start time of class and cannot leave before the course has concluded. No exceptions.
