By attending this 2.5-hour course, learners will learn about the laws surrounding Disclosures. Disclosures come in many forms: Agent/Family relationships, property facts, compensation and more. The laws surrounding disclosure and how to timely make the disclosure will be shared during these three-hour discussions. Sometimes, unfortunate things happen to people and foreclosure is one of them. Knowing what the rights are of the parties in the foreclosure will be shared as well as what to do to aid the consumer (if possible) in avoiding the foreclosure crunch with regard to a short sale.

Objectives: Upon completion of this course students will be able to:
*  Property material fact disclosure
*  Agent disclosure about relationships, advertising, property, compensation
*  Understand Foreclosure timelines and short sales

If you are registering for class and already have an education card there is a deeply discounted lunch buffet available at $10/per day. The buffet is not covered by your education card. Please call us at 218-828-4567 to sign up and pay for the buffet PER/DAY OR........

Per the DOC Minnesota Statute 45.30, Subd. 4: Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be present by the start time of class and may not leave before the course has concluded. No exceptions.
